Select Board Members Present: Kenn Basler, Chairperson, Steve Weisz and Carol Edelman
The first and only order of business is to appoint members to the MLP (Municipal Lighting Plant). A motion was made to appoint Carol Edelman, Steve Weisz, Kenn Basler, Cliff Weiss and Bill Johnson. The motion was seconded. Carol Edelman aye, Steve Weisz aye and Kenn Basler aye; the motion passed unanimously.
A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at: 9:07am
